This role as a Creative Assistant requires solid organisational skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently.

    This role will expose you to many elements of the creative and communication teams, so it will suit someone keen to learn on the job.

    Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate information distribution between the founder and community volunteers.

    • Manage email correspondence, including sorting and assisting with outreach.

    • Research, manage calendars, and handle client communication.

    • Generate creative content ideas for social media platforms.

    • Manage community engagement across social media channels.

    • Develop and maintain a content calendar.

    • Create and schedule newsletters and email campaigns.

    • Track and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations based on data.

    • Repurpose content across platforms for additional reach and impact, including creating and editing short video clips for social media.

    • Conduct trend research and implement SEO and keyword optimisation.


    Who you are:

    • You have at least two years of proven experience in a similar role.

    • You are passionate about design, creativity, and fostering a collaborative community.

    • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    • You have strong organisational abilities.

    • You are a good team player and can build rapport with people at all organisational levels.

    • You are customer-focused.

    • You are a proactive, self-starter who uses your initiative.

    • You are familiar with various design disciplines and industry trends.

    • You are curious and attentive to detail.

    • You have foundational design skills.

    • You are proficient in social media platforms and understand digital marketing principles.

    • Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimisation is a plus.

    • You have a strong portfolio exhibiting work, diversity in perspective, creative concepts, and design skills.

    • You have great creativity, project management, and problem-solving skills.

This London-based role as a Creative Coordinator requires creativity, flexibility, and excellent interpersonal skills.

    At Designer Babe®, you are a valued contributor who will help drive our mission to empower the next generation of tech professionals through creativity, education, and community.

    This role will expose you to many elements of creation and organisation, so it will suit someone who is a critical thinker and adaptable. 


    Responsibilities:

    • Accompany Designer Babe, the founder, to events and invitations, providing logistical and creative support.

    • Assist with shoots, offering creative input and ensuring smooth operations.

    • Create content ideas for events, shoots, and social media.

    • Engage with clients and community members during events.

    • Provide on-site support for community activities.

    • Organise community events and coordinate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders.

    • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions.

    • Represent the brand at networking events and industry conferences.

    • Promote the Designer Babe Community and its initiatives.

    • Manage relationships and onboarding of partners and sponsors.

    • Assist in onboarding new clients and community members.

    • Organise and facilitate creative sessions for community members.

    • Collaborate closely with the DB team to align community initiatives with broader goals.

    • Share feedback, insights, and suggestions to improve community engagement strategies continuously.
