Like every creation story, it started with a desire to make something that needed to exist.

  • Mitchelle Chibundu, our creator, has always believed that adding as much knowledge as possible to the ecosystem is critical to enabling people to do better.

  • So in 2019, when she noticed a gap in design education, she was inspired to start teaching design on social media by breaking down core design topics into easy-digestible information.

  • Despite our evolution over time, Designer Babe® remains dedicated to providing young people in technology with the skills they need to think outside the box and create meaningful, impactful careers.
